Innersound was founded by brothers Joe and Sam Graves, born from their obsession with quality—both in music production and the strategy behind a musician’s success. Early on, we realised that making it in music wasn’t just about talent—it was about positioning, strategy, and building the right relationships.

Through our own journey of trying to keep doing what we love without constantly worrying about money, we became dedicated students of business development, strategy, and financial growth. Over 13 years, what started as a music production company has evolved into a business development and podcast production agency, helping others achieve the same freedom we fought for.

To expand our impact, we brought on Ryan McGourlay, an expert in sales and business development, whose strategic insights help our clients turn conversations into revenue.
